I don’t really understand the hype this book gets. I found it pretty hard to get into and forced myself to finish the book towards the ending. Some of the principles were pretty interesting, but too abstract to be useful. I think for this book to be more useful, Don Norman should offer alternative suggestions to things that are poorly designed.
